02 / THREE WAYS TO START

Meet yourself
where you are.

You don't have to know exactly what you need.
You just need a useful first step.

01

Injury screen

A brief movement conversation and screen to help identify limitations and decide whether a full evaluation is the right next step.

For a new concern, a little uncertainty, or a question about how you move.
02

Rehab evaluation

An individual evaluation of your movement, strength, and activity demands, followed by a plan built around what you want to get back to.

For pain that limits activity, recurring setbacks, or rebuilding after injury.
03

Performance support

Purposeful support for strength, speed, change of direction, and confidence under the demands of your sport or active life.

For athletes and active adults training comfortably and ready to build capacity.

03 / THE MAXIMAL MOVEMENT APPROACH

A plan that moves
with your goals.

Movement connects what you see, what you sense, how your brain organizes it, and what your body does next. We pair practical movement coaching with progressive loading to build capacity for the demands of your sport and your life.

01

Reset.

Establish your starting point.

Understand what is limiting you, what matters to you, and where we can begin.

02

Recalibrate.

Build better movement options.

Develop control, confidence, and loading strategies that fit your current capacity.

03

Rebuild.

Prepare for the demands ahead.

Progress strength and activity toward the speed, force, and decisions your goals require.

BEFORE YOU START

A little more clarity.

Do I have to be an athlete?+

No. Maximal Movement serves high school athletes and active adults around Springfield and Nixa who want to move better, rebuild after injury, or develop performance capacity.

What's the difference between a screen and an evaluation?+

A screen is a brief starting point to discuss a concern and identify whether more assessment is appropriate. An evaluation takes a broader look at your movement and activity demands to establish priorities for a plan. A screen is not a diagnosis.

I'm pain-free. Am I ready for my sport?+

Pain-free movement is one milestone. Sport also demands strength, speed, control, and confidence. This website cannot clear you to play. Follow your treating provider's clearance requirements and explore how to prepare for your sport's demands.

Can I book without completing the guide?+

Yes. Every booking link opens the existing Maximal Movement IntakeQ schedule. Choose an available service and complete the booking there. Sending this website's contact form does not reserve an appointment.

Does an injury screen have a fee?+

Availability and any fee depend on the offering. Check the available options in IntakeQ or submit a screen request for clarification before scheduling.

How is my contact request handled?+

This form saves your adult contact name, email, optional phone, visitor type, preferred service, area, timing, and consent date so Maximal Movement can follow up. The lead inbox is restricted to the clinic owner. Do not submit medical history or sensitive injury details. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing or book an appointment. You can ask the clinic to correct or delete your request during follow-up. Booking on IntakeQ uses IntakeQ's own forms and policies.
